Engagement billing and frequency

WHAT TO EXPECT
A minimum engagement includes two sessions per month—though some have several a week. This supports the necessary discipline of our work together and preserves the momentum of it—ensuring that you are getting the full value of what you or your organization is paying for.

I offer a limited number of coaching engagements and reserve your scheduled time for you. Please note that you will be billed monthly for the sessions you agree to at the start of our engagement regardless of whether you meet your scheduled appointments, so make attendance a priority. If, however, you have a true emergency, you may make up the missed appointment the same month. Sessions cannot be accrued beyond that timeframe.
