MICRO-SESSION COACHING

This includes three sessions that target one area you want your employee to grow in. We'll tackle business topics ranging from learning how to give or receive constructive feedback and making more effective presentations to professional demeanor. 

This is ideal for promising employees who need more help in a particular area of their work than you as a manager may have to give them. Or, if you are an employee struggling in a particular area, this provides a very focused approach to growth.
