Using tools that have proven to work, I'll conduct exercises to help you think differently about your work, manage your to do lists, clarify your time priorities, and move towards a more peaceful life rhythm—all while increasing your impact.

This session provides space for your team to understand what each person brings to the team, to identify walls that prevent them from performing at the top of their game as a team, and to determine what is needed to unleash their untapped potential.

    Are you and your team clear about your shared vision—and aligned in your efforts to execute on it? What are you doing to keep your vision always in front of your team? This session helps teams find clarity around their goals, roles, challenges, and opportunities, and can help your team be clearer about their purpose and goals.

  4. NEXT LEVEL PERFORMANCE (Ideal as a quarterly regrouping session)

    Once you've established a clear vision, these sessions provide a process of accountability and reflection and are ideal for quarterly check-ins with your team. We review the vision, execution, challenges, and opportunities and make commitments for the next quarter.

  5. LEADING WITH STORY TELLING

    In this session, we'll hone in on the essentials of your brand story—and discuss ways to make this a defining feature of your communications. You'll share successes and challenges specifically related to your brand's storytelling, discuss learnings, and create an action plan for increasing the impact of your brand's story.

  6. RENEW

    Have you been through a difficult time at your company? Is your team feeling dispirited? This session helps teams reflect on what has been learned, opportunities, and achievements, and can inspire your team with fresh energy and create closer bonds with your team.

  7. OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME

    Does your team have new roles and responsibilities? Making the transition to increased leadership requires a mental pivot that can come with self-doubt. Identifying role shifts and brainstorming ways to show up with confidence, even in new territory, can elevate your team's performance and job satisfaction—and free you from imposter syndrome.
