A Note About File Formats: mov files are the most commonly used format for Web use. High definition .mov files also work well for presentation if you are using the most current version of Windows Media Player or QuickTime software. mp4 files are a standard file format used for uploading videos to the Web or other social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Both of these file formats will play on current versions of Windows Media Player or QuickTime software. If you do not have this software on your computer, it can be downloaded for free. If you will be playing the video on a DVD or Blu-ray player or other equipment that is not listed above, it is important that you provide the specific type of equipment you will be using to CMBell. If other file format types are required besides .mov and .mp4 for this type of other equipment, additional fees will be charged as this requires a different type of process.
