Leading healthcare consulting firm amps up their video content
CHALLENGE: Studer Group, A Huron Solution, works with healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, Australia, and beyond to help them achieve and sustain exceptional clinical outcomes and financial results. As a 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winner, they are widely recognized as the go-to leader for helping healthcare organizations implement their Evidence-Based Leadership℠ framework to improve quality. As part of their coaching and training services, they are developing on-line on-demand video training content for their clients. In this process, they were looking for ways to improve the impact of their videos by moving them from talking-head to illustrated formats.
SOLUTION: Studer Group contracted with us to upgrade the visual quality and interest of their video content by adding animation and on-screen text and illustrations.
RESULT: In A/B testing, the newly enhanced visuals far outperformed the talking head-only formats for viewer engagement—increasing the memorability, impact and interest of the content.
