When AHC Shady Grove Medical Center in Maryland reached out to us to help them communicate what their new patient tower would mean to their community, they knew it was an opportunity to reinforce their brand story in the marketplace. They also wanted to help patients and visitors navigate some way-finding changes and set expectations for some changes they’d experience, including construction inconveniences, during the building process.
From ground-breaking to construction, their team kept the impact and features of the new tower front and center. They also were masterful at utilizing their walls and structure to help tell the story, so wherever you were in the organization, you’d encounter the story of their vision for the future of healthcare.
Congratulations to the team at SGMC on their new tower—and on their strategic and consistent approach to telling their story!
